Privacy Policy

Account and service data

We retain the login email, account details, orders, service records and payment references needed to operate the account. Hightide platform signup requires neither an ID-upload KYC process nor an email-verification step.

Domain registration information

Accurate registrant information is required by the registration system. Registrar or registry contact validation, email verification and country-code eligibility checks may apply independently of Hightide signup. WHOIS/RDAP privacy depends on extension eligibility and activated status; confirm the chosen domain's options and public record.

Sharing and public records

Information needed to fulfill an order is shared with the relevant service provider, domain registrar or registry and payment service. Public blockchain activity, website content and DNS information are not made anonymous by the account signup policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and website performance. Google may process browser, device and usage information and set analytics cookies. Account passwords, private crypto keys and payment-provider credentials are not included in our analytics events.

Security and retention

Provider credentials are kept server-side rather than intentionally published in the frontend. Access and operational records are used for security, troubleshooting and service administration. We do not make a zero-logs claim or publish a retention deadline that has not been operationally verified.

Data requests

Request access, correction or deletion through a dashboard support ticket. Applicable registry and legal retention obligations can limit deletion. Do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary identity documents in a ticket.
