Every service except domains — web hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, business email and add-ons — comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Request a full credit back to your wallet within 7 days of purchase, for any reason.

2. Domains (the only exception)

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once completed, because the registry fees we pay on your behalf are non-recoverable. This is standard across every registrar.

3. Wallet balance

Unspent wallet balance may be refunded on request, subject to the network and processing costs of returning cryptocurrency.
